Attorney Laura I. Shidlovitsky is Of Counsel at LEE, HAN & PACIOCCO, LLP. She received her J.D. from the Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles and her B.A. in political science from the University of Southern California. Ms. Shidlovitsky was admitted to California Bar Association in 2004.
Ms. Shidlovitsky has obtained and received recognition during her scholastic and professional career. During law school Ms. Shidlovitsky served as a Staff Member and as an Associate Editor, on the Southwestern Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas. Her article A Necessary Step in International Bankruptcy Reform, was published in Southwestern Journal of Law & Trade in the Americas. Ms. Shidlovitsky was also included in the 23rd edition of Who’s Who: American Law Students. As a practicing attorney Ms. Shidlovitsky is actively involved in the legal community. She is a member, of the LACBA Business and Corporate and Real Property Sections, ABA Business and Litigation Sections, and Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Ms. Shidlovitsky is likewise a member of the Beverly Hills Executive Network, Century City Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Professional Women.
Ms. Shidlovitsky practices in the areas of business, real estate, and employment. Her experience includes representation ranging from individuals to publicly traded corporations, in a variety of industries, including metals distribution, commercial real estate, healthcare, pharmaceutical, restaurant, media and entertainment, and transportation.
