Mr. Huang has advised on various M&A transactions as well as numerous middle-market finance transactions. Mr. Huang also assisted various clients from multinationals to high net worth local entrepreneurs in all phases of the business cycle, from advising startup companies or foreign investors entering the US market, to representing investors consolidating their position in their respective sectors.

Mr. Huang’s practice also focuses on defending employers in wage and hour class and collective actions, as well as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair competition, and trade secret lawsuits under federal and California labor and employment laws.  He has represented clients and appeared before multiple governmental agencies, such as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), Department of Labor (DOL), and the Employment Development Department (EDD), as well as state and federal courts throughout California.
